La Golden Visa para Espa\u00f1a es una visa de residencia emitida a un nacional de fuera de la UE o de un tercer pa\u00eds que tiene la intenci\u00f3n de realizar una inversi\u00f3n significativa en la econom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola. Una de las grandes ventajas que ofrece esta visa es que el titular y su familia inmediata tienen acceso gratuito no solo a Espa\u00f1a, sino a los dem\u00e1s 26 pa\u00edses de la Zona Schengen. <br \/><br \/><\/p><p>There are three main ways of obtaining a Golden Visa, the most common being the purchase real estate in Spain worth at least \u20ac500,000. The real estate can be one single unit or several, with an overall worth of no less than \u20ac500,000. <br \/>This includes residential, commercial property and even land. The initial investment must be paid in full from your own funds. However, if the purchase of the property has a value exceeding \u20ac500,000, then you can use financing, mortgages or loans to pay off the excess amount.<br \/>Familia inmediata: los c\u00f3nyuges y los hijos menores de 18 a\u00f1os tienen derecho a convertirse en residentes en Espa\u00f1a bajo el esquema Golden Visa. (Los hijos adultos mayores de 18 a\u00f1os y los padres del solicitante principal tambi\u00e9n califican siempre que tambi\u00e9n puedan demostrar independencia financiera).<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s de la inversi\u00f3n, se deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos:- Debes ser mayor de edad (+18 a\u00f1os).<br \/>&#8211; You must have no history of criminal records.<br \/>&#8211; You must not have been refused a Schengen Visa in the past.<br \/>&#8211; You must have valid private health insurance in Spain.<\/p><p>La Golden Visa que recibas inicialmente tendr\u00e1 una validez de un a\u00f1o. Durante este tiempo tienes que entrar en Espa\u00f1a y canjear tu visado por un permiso de residencia espa\u00f1ol, que tendr\u00e1 una validez de dos a\u00f1os. Cuando se haya concedido este permiso de dos a\u00f1os, obtendr\u00e1 el derecho a trabajar como empresario o como empleado.<\/p><p><br \/>Despu\u00e9s de 5 a\u00f1os, es posible solicitar la visa permanente. Esta Visa permanente le da derecho a hacer m\u00e1s que la visa inicial, ya que ya no est\u00e1 obligado a conservar la inversi\u00f3n inicial que realiz\u00f3.
